This is such a beautiful, tranquil spot, really quiet and surrounded by nature. The house is a big family home with four double bedrooms and a lovely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that looks straight out onto the garden. You can stand there making breakfast and just watch the wildlife. There's a huge driveway for parking too. It feels like the perfect family home and we've loved every minute of growing into it here.

We love the open-plan layout and all the space, this house is really generous in every room. But what makes it special is being surrounded by nature. It feels so peaceful and calm, yet it's still very practical for family life.

Our favourite hidden gems are the little secret paths through the countryside for lovely walks. There's also an amazing local chippy that does some of the best fish and chips in the UK! We're also really lucky with easy access to the beach and great connections right across Cornwall.

Our perfect Saturday morning is sitting in the garden with a coffee, listening to the birds, with the horses in the back field just over the wall. It's so peaceful, the perfect gentle start to the weekend.

We're relocating because we have a baby on the way and we want to be closer to family for support.

The incredible feeling of tranquility here. You can't really show the peaceful atmosphere, the lovely transport links, how much usable space there is, and how convenient everything is while still being surrounded by nature and well-connected across Cornwall.
