We're a UK community platform where renters, buyers and sellers share real stories, photos and videos about their move, a personal, human add-on to the traditional estate agent listing. Our mission is real, human connection through storytelling for the property market, keeping things authentic and putting people at the heart of every transaction, because that's what ultimately makes moves happen. We're now in our first post Beta platform, built on a lot of testing and feedback from our community, and growing across the UK.

No. We don't compete with agents, and we don't put people in direct contact with each other. Agents remain the professionals responsible for the sale or let, Moovafy adds the human story on top.

Yes. Share a story if you're just thinking about selling and haven't instructed an agent yet (a "pre-seller" story), or if you're already on the market.

If you're just thinking of selling, registered agents can message you directly, the same way they message renters and buyers. If you're already on the market with an instructed agent, your story shows their name instead. Interested buyers are pointed to your agent's own listing, and no messaging happens through Moovafy.

Not at all. Your agent handles the legal, financial and formal side of the sale. Moovafy adds the human story on top, something your agent's listing simply can't do.

Pre-seller stories (not yet on the market) are always free. If you're already on the market with an instructed agent, sharing your story costs £50, which includes us creating a reel for our Instagram and Facebook. It's worth asking your agent if they subscribe to Moovafy, subscribing agents get 2 seller stories free each month for their clients, so yours could be included at no cost if they haven't used them yet.

If you’re already on the market with an instructed agent, yes, the Full Story Package: your story published, our story writing service, and 4 weeks of Boost, for £100 (or £75 if your instructed agent already subscribes to Moovafy). Pre-seller stories publish for free, so the bundle isn’t needed there, but you can still add story writing or Boost on their own. Since there’s only one Boost slot per section, it’s only available when that slot’s free, get in touch via Contact Us and we’ll check availability with you.

You can read real buyer and seller stories and share your own, describing the kind of property, area and lifestyle you're looking for, not just search criteria.

Moovafy is a storytelling and community platform, not a property search portal with listings of its own. Browsing stories gives you a genuine, human perspective on homes and neighbourhoods alongside your usual portal search. Where a seller's already on the market and their agent has shared a listing link, we'll point you straight to it from their story, but Moovafy itself isn't a listings site.

Your renter story is a space to describe your lifestyle and what you're looking for in your own words, not just a list of bedrooms and a budget. It's seen by agents across the UK who may have exactly what you're looking for.

No. If an agent messages you, we send you their contact details, never the reverse. It's entirely your choice whether to follow up.

Yes, sharing your story is always free. You can optionally pay to Boost it to the top of the renter section, or have us write it for you, see our Boost & story writing FAQs below.

Boost puts your story at the top of its section, renting, buying, or selling and pre-selling, for as many weeks as you choose. It's open to any story: £25 a week for a seller or pre-seller story, £10 a week for a renter or buyer story. Each section has one Boost slot at a time, limited spots available, early bird gets priority. Get in touch via Contact Us to arrange one for your live story.

Yes, if you're a seller or pre-seller. Send us a video telling the story of your home, and our professional writer and co-founder, Polly, will transcribe it and write it up as your own unique home story, human-written, never AI. We'll also send you the finished piece as a PDF document, a keepsake memory of your home. It's £50. Get in touch via Contact Us to arrange it. For sellers already on the market, this is a separate fee on top of the seller story fee (or free, if your agent applies their monthly free story to you), one covers us writing your story, the other covers publishing it.

Moovafy puts emotionally engaged, motivated renters, buyers and pre-sellers in front of you before they've booked a viewing or instructed anyone. These aren't cold leads. They've already invested time telling their story.

Browsing every story is free, no account needed. See someone relevant? Get in touch with us directly, naming the story and a little about your agency, we’ll personally check you’re a genuine agent and pass your message and contact details straight to them, so they can follow up with you directly; we never send their details to you. Register before 30 September 2026 for 3 months free (joiners after that date will be offered 1 month free), then £95/month for up to 5 introductions, no card details, no automated billing. Cancel anytime by letting us know.

Once you're a subscriber, up to 2 of your instructed clients get a seller story completely free each month, just tell us who. Sellers without a subscribed agent, or beyond your 2 free stories, pay the standard £50 fee, which includes a reel for our Instagram and Facebook. Need more than 2 free stories in a busy month? Get in touch and we'll work out pricing based on the number of stories and package you're after.

No. We don't list properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers or handle any part of a transaction. You remain the professional responsible for the sale or let.

We’ll get back to you about the details we need to get you set up, we’re actively welcoming early-adopter agents and can talk you through it personally.

We're past our early Beta now, this is our first post Beta platform: live, active and growing, built on a lot of testing and feedback from our community so far. We're focused on growing further, refining based on what we learn, and preparing for a wider national rollout.

Portals are property search tools focused on listings and floor plans. Moovafy is a storytelling platform focused on the human side. The two work together. Your agent lists the property on the portals, and you share your personal story on Moovafy.

Moovafy works through registered letting agents, we don't put landlords and renters in direct contact, the same as buyers and sellers. Ask your letting agent whether they subscribe to Moovafy, or browse renter stories yourself and mention any that catch your eye to your agent.
