We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children under 10) looking for a long-term home in East/North-East London. We are open to a wide area including Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford, Wood Green, Cheshunt, Romford, Rainham and surrounding areas, as long as we stay on this side of the river. Ideally we are looking for a 2-3 bedroom property, preferably with some outdoor space (garden or small yard). We also have a car, so off-street parking or reliable nearby parking is important for us. Our budget is around £1,800 pcm plus bills. We also have a large, well-trained and fully insured service dog who is calm and well behaved indoors. We are flexible and easy to communicate with, and open to discussing options that work well for both sides.

Our perfect Saturday morning is a calm and relaxed start to the day with the family. We usually spend time together, have breakfast at home, and enjoy a quiet morning before heading out for a walk or some time outdoors with the kids and our dog. We value a peaceful home environment and simple routines, especially on weekends.

We are responsible, organised and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-looked-after home. We live a quiet family lifestyle, with a strong routine around work and the children, and we're reliable tenants, easy to communicate with, and always respectful towards the property and neighbours. We enjoy spending time as a family, both at home and outdoors. Weekends often involve walks, parks and time with the kids and our dog, as well as relaxing at home. We prefer a calm, organised and comfortable lifestyle.

One of us works as a concrete mixer driver, providing steady and reliable work, and the other works in the film industry in a production role. We are both self-employed with consistent income and regular ongoing work.

A funny moment for us was how quickly our dog became part of the family routine, especially with the kids. Within days, they were completely inseparable, and now it's hard to tell who has more energy, the children or the dog. It's these everyday moments that make home feel like home for us.
