My name is Charlotte, I'm married to James and together we have a 5 year old, Charlie; Charlie has autism and ADHD. We're a bubbly, outgoing family looking for a fresh start.

We love being outdoors, the sea and green spaces. Charlie is a passion of ours, spreading awareness and changing people's views on special needs.

I'm a carer to Charlie and currently home-school him. James is a builder/multi-trader.

When I was pregnant, my sister was too, with twins. It was 2020, so right around Covid. June is James' birthday, and we really wanted to do something nice for him, but everywhere was closed or closing, so myself and my sister planned a picnic with her partner, her 3 kids, and of course James. We got picky bits and some drinks for the men, and mocktails for us preggos. Due to Covid a lot of deliveries were cancelled, so we couldn't get a cake anywhere local. We enjoyed the sun, ate, drank, listened to music, lots of fun. When it came to singing to James we had a candle, no cake, so we used a stack of pitta bread as a makeshift cake, and as we got ready to sing, a group of Hare Krishnas came over to speak to us. They ended up joining us to sing and played instruments, and it led to some very funny pictures and videos.
