We are hoping to find a comfortable three bedroom home with good natural light, a manageable garden for a child to play in, and space to work from home. Character would be lovely but it also needs to be practical, warm and easy to maintain. Ideally it would be in a friendly, walkable area within reach of the town centre, schools and green space, with parking and room to grow into over time. Above all we want a home that feels calm, solid and full of long term potential for family life.

We are a small creative family looking for a place where everyday life feels friendly, grounded and interesting. We prefer independent shops to chains, good coffee to convenience, and places where people know each other and care about their town. We would love our child to grow up somewhere with nature nearby, a strong sense of community and a mix of practical people and creative energy. We are not looking for anything flashy, just somewhere thoughtful, well kept and genuinely lived in.
